WarCraft Classified • Updated October 9, 2026

Server Updates

The v0.4.4 rollout expands the RPG to twelve playable races, adds Pit Lord and Far Seer, and gives Necromancer a real skeleton-summoning army. The existing progression system and Custom Weapons Packs 1–8 are preserved; the new physical Shrine/Pray project is still separate and not part of this release.

RPG v0.4.4October 9 • MAIN rollout

Two new races & Necromancer Skeleton Army

Pit Lord: Joins the roster with Demonic Rage, Cleaving Attack, Howl, and Doom. Doom has been tested with enemy-spawn protection.

Far Seer: Arrives with Far Sight, Storm Charge, Feral Spirit, and Earthquake. Feral Spirit uses the current deployable system for summoned spirits.

Necromancer overhaul: Bone Harvest replaces Vampiric Aura and earns Bone Shards through combat. Spend a shard with !ability to Raise Skeletons—real animated TF2C skeleton NPCs. Cripple and Unholy Frenzy remain.

Race-guide cleanup: Shorter race-info descriptions for Orcish Horde, Blood Mage, Necromancer, Pit Lord, and Far Seer to prevent menu truncation.

Preserved: Saved race progression, existing custom weapons, and the current !pray system.

Live feedback: Please report any issues with skeleton behavior, new race skills, or balance as real-player testing continues.

RPG v0.4.2October 4 • MAIN live validation

Replacement skills & live gameplay update

Necromancer — Spectral Guard: Raise Dead has been retired. !ability now activates a direct defensive guard with 15/20/25/30% eligible weapon-damage reduction for 3/4/5/6 seconds and a 20-second cooldown. It no longer requires a corpse, soul, or Soul Framework readiness.

Mountain King: The tenth race adds Stone Skin, Thunder Clap, Iron Will, and Heavy Swing. Mountain King intentionally has four non-ultimate skills; Heavy Swing is passive and !ult does not activate a fake ultimate.

Human — Devotion Aura: True maximum-health bonuses are corrected at +15/+25/+35/+45 HP.

Blood Mage — Phoenix Barrier: The old teammate revive has been retired. When an enemy weapon hit would drop the Blood Mage to 35% health or lower, Phoenix Barrier can trigger 10/15/20/25% eligible weapon-damage reduction for 2.0/2.5/3.0/3.5 seconds with a 25-second cooldown.

Undead — Suicide Bomber: TF2C compatibility handling was updated while preserving the existing damage and balance values.

Race HUD: The HUD position has been corrected so the server config no longer leaves it overlapping the upper-left menu area.

Live validation: The live server is continually monitored for gameplay and balance issues. Please report the race, skill, weapon, and situation if something behaves incorrectly.

RPG v0.3.15September 28

Balance, counterplay & compatibility update

Undead — Suicide Bomber: Manual activation now has a 1.5-second arming period with cloak break, movement slowdown, visible warning effects, and a one-time audible warning before detonation. Normal death-triggered Suicide Bomber remains immediate.

Undead — Unholy Aura: Movement-speed reapplication was made more reliable while avoiding overwriting legitimate non-neutral movement effects such as Heavy/minigun slowdown.

Orc — Healing Ward: Owner healing is now 1/3/5/7 HP per second and ally healing is 2/4/6/8 HP per second. Same-owner overlapping wards still do not multiply healing on one target.

Night Elf — Evasion: Evasion proc values are unchanged, but repeated successful-proc chat notices are throttled to reduce rapid-fire message spam.

Human — Devotion Aura: The true maximum-health implementation remains in place at +15/+25/+35/+45 HP.

Blood Mage — Phoenix: This was the previous revival implementation in v0.3.15. The revive mechanic was retired in v0.4.2 and replaced by Phoenix Barrier.

Core APICompatibility

Core compatibility & stability improvements

v0.3.15 includes additional Core compatibility work for existing RPG features, including cleanse handling and hostile-ultimate interactions.

Existing persistent XP, race levels, skill points, Gold, race keys, and player progression remain intact.

Weapon balanceFoxhound • September 28

Foxhound power stack reduced

Foxhound now has a 10% body-damage penalty, 45% improved accuracy, and its existing 20% slower firing speed. Headshots remain enabled, but their damage is reduced by 25%.

The automatic five-second mini-crit boost after a kill has been removed. Headshots are based on actually hitting the target's head—they are not a random chance.

Custom WeaponsPack 8

Nine new weapons complete Pack 8

Pack 8 adds Hyperburst, McBain, Astrogun!, Trench Terrorizer, Medizinische Pistole, Royal Decree, Invisible Hotline, Gauss Hog, and Booster Shot.

The release includes the complete server and FastDL asset set with Linux-safe paths and preserves the existing Pack 1–7 collection.

Custom WeaponsPack 7

Ten class-spanning weapons added

Pack 7 adds Eephus, July Special, Airblaster, Wee Willy, Warsaw Workhorse, Coil Jumper, Naturgewalt, Shooting Star, Din's Fire, and Silver Rose.

Custom WeaponsPack 6

Eleven more weapons joined the collection

Pack 6 adds Brick Frog, Jungle Juggler, Rhythm Chaser, Pilot Light, Tavish Terminator, Mukha Mauler, Scrapjack, Seraph Surge, Sportsman's Sidearm, The Scavenger, and Backshot.

Previousv0.3.14.3

Combat reliability & balance foundation

The previous v0.3.14.3 live build established the combat-reliability and proc-safety work that remains preserved in v0.3.15, including safer damage classification, projectile/proc handling, movement-lock protections, and existing Crypt Lord safety work.

Custom Weapons, Custom Effects

Some weapons in WarCraft Classified do more than their stock counterparts. Each custom weapon can have its own tradeoffs, special attributes, or alternative firing behavior. Your chosen WarCraft race adds another layer of skills and passive bonuses.

What changes from stock?

Weapon attributesDamage, fire rate, clip size, mobility, and other special rules can change by item.
WarCraft RPGRace skills can further affect combat, so identical weapons may behave differently for different players.
